The result is the application knowledge, which is then organized to develop the Knowledge Portal. The benefits of the Knowledge Portal include the creation of a person- and vendor-independent knowledge base.

Itquest also offers Business Continuity Planning (BCP) services to its customers to avoid any contingency, which may hamper production environments. Business Continuity at Itquest is ensured through detailed disaster recovery and resumption plans, which the BCP management team develops.

Itquest provides database and application support services. From front-end application analysis to back-end database support, our flexible and robust approach to service allows clients to create a customized solution that satisfies their business needs.
